1. Eligibility for Refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To request a refund, email contact@getlynk.co with your order details and reason.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Add-on features purchased separately (unless otherwise stated).
  • Promotional or discounted plans, unless explicitly offered.
  • Any one-time fees (e.g., setup fees) clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or contact support@lynk.ai.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle—no partial-month refunds.
  • If you downgrade or cancel, you lose access to premium features when the cycle ends.

5. Chargebacks

  • If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may deny your refund request.
  • We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks in compliance with legal and payment processor guidelines.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Please review it occasionally.
